Higher Standard Tile & Stone

We provide free detailed estimates for those interested in have tile or stone installed.

We install all types of tile and stone including ceramic, porcelain, glass, metal, travertine, granite, marble, onyx, and limestone. We have installed tiles ranging from 2’ x 3’ to 5/8” mosaic tiles and pebbles. We do floors, walls, ceilings, backsplashes, showers, tub surrounds, and lanais. We also install mosaic and water jet medallions.

We prefer to do our own prep. This includes floated floors and walls, cement board, uncoupling membranes, crack suppression membranes, and waterproof membranes.

Most natural stone and some porcelain and unglazed tiles benefit from a sealer before use. We recommend that all grout except epoxy grout be sealed. We can seal our own installations or can provide recommendations for reputable companies that specialize in the tile and stone sealing and maintenance.

Do you want a second opinion on your chosen installer’s methods? Are you having problems with an ongoing or completed tile project? We are happy to provide a second opinion and solid recommendations to remedy the problem.  This is billed on an hourly basis plus any travel expenses.

Would you like to tackle the project yourself? We would rather do it for you but if you insist, we are happy to meet with you and provide suggested installation methods. We can tell you what type of materials to buy and how much you will need. We can even help you get you started with a little one on one training. Or we can do the prep and layout and then let you install the tile. This is also billed on an hourly basis plus any travel expenses.  We stand by our advice and training but no warranty on this, its all you!

We officially guarantee our work for a year after completion. The details are on our contract. But if you have any problem with your installation after the warranty period is completed, please call us. We will do everything we can to remedy the problem.
